17-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of successful delivery. After 7 days, return requests will not be accepted. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories included.
2Eligible Conditions for Return
Returns are accepted for: Dead on Arrival (DOA) products, items with manufacturing defects, wrong product delivered, or items significantly not as described. Physical damage caused by the customer, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not eligible.
3How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, go to My Account → Orders, select your order, and click 'Request Return/Refund'. You will need to provide photos and optionally an unboxing video as proof. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.
4Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
5Non-Returnable Items
Software, digital products, and items marked as 'Final Sale' are non-returnable. Products with broken seals on licensed software are also non-returnable.
6Replacement Policy
If your product is defective, we offer a replacement within 7 days. Replacement is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
