How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking ID via SMS/email. You can also track your order from My Account → Orders.
Can I schedule a delivery time?
For local Erode deliveries, you can call us to schedule a preferred delivery time. For courier deliveries, this depends on the logistics partner.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately. Damaged deliveries are fully covered and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
